Project Overview

The BHK will include a Digital Utility Center that will offer a wide range of E-commerce services. Also, there will be a dedicated retail area comprising 12 shops, each measuring 10 ft. x 15 ft., that will assist to create job opportunities for over 45 local individuals.

This E-Services Kendra will be situated in the BHK complex’s segment of retail & financial services area. It will provide various financial products & services such as micro-financial services and other retail loans through fintech and all online citizen services.

The retail shops will serve the needs of both local residents and village farmers, providing a convenient platform for selling various products such as pesticides, fertilizers, and other agricultural supplies. Moreover, these shops will also provide a variety of locally required goods & services to meet the demands of the community.

The centre will be managed & operated by a village-level entrepreneur / franchisee / partner with a minimum 12th pass qualification and possessing standard operating knowledge of computers.
