The BHK will be set up on a land area of approx. 2000 sq. mtr (52.5 mtr. road facing front & 38 mtr. depth) covering a population of 45-50k among 7-8 villages on their linking road. The BHK comprises spaces for Healthcare, Education, Entertainment, Retail Activities (HEERA). It will have a digital utility service centre also providing E-commerce services, etc. and 12 retail shops (10 ft. x 15 ft. size) to generate further employment for 45+ local people. The shops will cater to the needs of the local people/ students and village farmers for selling products like pesticides/ fertilizers, other agricultural & locally required goods.
Each BHK unit will have one healthcare centre named “Bharat Ayushmaan Kendra” (BAK) with a built-up area of 1,000 sq ft. approx., including one pharmacy of 179 sq ft. One smart classroom named Bharat Smart Class (BSC) of 850 sq. ft. size and two cinemas with a total of 189 seats, with Audi 1 having a seating capacity of 125 seats covering 1,290 sq. ft. area, and Audi 2 of 64 seats covering an area of 660 sq ft. approx., equipped with Immersive Surround Sound System & Digital Projection Equipment to support Hollywood content streaming.

Managed by a renowned medical chain, this healthcare facility will offer a range of services to patients, including general health consultation, x-ray, sonography, dental care, pharmacy services, a minor operation theater with 3-4 emergency medical beds, and facility & pantry services.
Bharat Smart Classes (BSC) will be utilized as a local examination centre for different state/central government’s competitive/academic exams, online teaching courses/English speaking classes/diploma & certificate courses for the nearby students/learners.

Nova Mart will be a mini-mart selling daily essentials & services at affordable prices. From local to national brands, all kinds of goods & products to fulfil consumers’ daily and special needs will be available. Each Nova Mart will include a cafe called Nova Cafe, offering hot & cold beverages like tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, energy drinks, juices, etc.
Located in the retail and financial services area of the BHK complex, the Bharat E-Services Kendra will offer e-commerce facilities to nearby residents. It will provide various financial products & services, including micro-financial services, retail loans via fintech, and online citizen services.
